Saad Majari is the University Auditor at the American University of Beirut (AUB), where he leads the Internal Audit Office in providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services that strengthen governance, risk management, and institutional effectiveness. Since joining AUB in 2008, he has held several leadership roles, including Senior IT Audit Manager, Acting Director of Internal Audit, and Interim Co-University Auditor.
Prior to AUB, Saad worked with Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services, advising medium and large organizations across the Middle East. He brings a strong interdisciplinary background in engineering, information technology, and audit, and holds multiple professional certifications in information systems audit, risk management, information security, forensic analysis, and project management.
Saad earned his BE in Electrical Engineering and ME in Computer and Communications Engineering from AUB, as well as an Executive MBA, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in institutional leadership.
