Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences is pleased to invite applications for nomination to the prestigious Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting.

Once every year, 30 - 40 Nobel Laureates gather in Lindau, Germany, to meet and exchange with 400 - 500 outstanding undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral researchers from around the world.

This unique opportunity allows young scientists to engage in lectures, discussions, master classes, and panels with Nobel Laureates, fostering dialogue across generations, cultures, and disciplines.

An internal committee reviews applications and up to two nominees may be put forward. The final selection is made by the Lindau Committee.

Eligibility: AUB undergraduates, master’s students, or PhD students.

Budget: Expenses in Lindau including lodging, meals, and the program are covered by the organizers, while travel between Beirut and Lindau will be covered by AUB.
